Didn’t know this was/could be a real thing but I saw it with my own eyes the other day as I walked to the office in Boston.
It’s a good thing they don’t do this in Worcester.
Has anyone else seen this before? Tickets and notifications of removal. I’ll be sure to round the block from now on to find a rack.
Then again, I could just wait until Hubway opens again. How long until next season?

What’s the law on the books for this state? In California it would be illegal only if it was blocking the walking path of the sidewalk.
