Anyone that follows the trials and tribulations of CarFreeBrad know that I’ve been without my commuter bike lately and realized it is time for a replacement.

I’ve been on the hunt but that hunt has intensified lately as the weather has turned because my road bike, with slick road tires has become more and more treacherous.  Also, as I need to do more and go more places around town, my backpack is slowly becoming way TOO heavy and the lack of racks on my bike has become a problem.

I’ve got a pretty promising lead this week that I really hope works out and i can afford it.  I’m actually pretty excited about the potential of this new ride!!!!
