Well, I landed safe and sound from Portland Oregon and all the rumors are true!  Holy Sh*t, it looks like a war zone around Worcester.  I was going to create a commentary on the stark contrast of the huge tree branches full of green leaves all over the streets covered in the white snow but as soon as I was cut in line for coffee by a princess/fairy I realized its halloween.

When I arrived on campus after a bit of a treacherous ride, I realized that I really don’t need to change for my meetings and classes.  I can just say I’m dressed up and demand some candy.  So today started off pretty tough but once I start to score some candy and based on the preferential bike rack parking I got, things are starting to look up.

Needless to say, it looks like I won’t have a problem getting a good space at the best racks around town for at least another 5 months!
