I’ll save you the suspence….TRUE! Not my finest moment so I’m not even going to explain how it all went down. Some things are best left to your imagination.
But my main take-away from the experience is that sometimes you need a good 5-lb weight to the grill to get you going because I went ahead and had a great workout and a super productive rest of the day. Maybe this will catch on. It’s simple and effective and requires little equipment, any blunt object will do the trick and it can be more or less than 5-lbs. I wouldn’t go much past 8-lbs though. At that point, you are just knocking yourself out and that’s just not cool!
