I had a grand plan to do an end of the week Rack of the Day entry to blow everyone’s mind and make me feel really good about myself as a blogger.  As seems to always be the case with CarFreeBrad.com, as soon as I come up with a good idea life steps in and decides otherwise!

Wouldn’t you know that as soon as I make an appointment to drop my bike off to get tuned up, I walk past this slap in the face on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston.  The Boston Cyclist Union just plain killing it and representing for all the bike riders out there.  It was great to see and made me really happy until it made me really mad!

Where is the Worcester Cyclist Union?  Where is my free tune up?  As always the answer is never simple so I won’t try to figure it out on a friday afternoon.  Instead I will spend the rest of the day pissed off and annoyed, bitch about it on my blog and in true apathetic youth fashion, do absolutely nothing about it!

But be sure to stay tuned.  I know I’ll catch a wave a activismness(that’s a word right) at some point this weekend and find all the reasons Worcester is a better bike city, why we don’t need a stupid union, bike lanes, bike-sharing or a mayor that is constantly getting photo ops on his bike!
